The selection cursor and graphics editor cursors use at least 4 different UI
colors to alternate between (flash). For accessibility reasons, a user may
change these to the same color to prevent visual flashing, but it would be
easier to have a single bitset that disables these flashing elements
editor-wide.
Furthermore, some UI colors for the cursor and pixel marker in the sprite
editor are Background, Text, and Spell Description, which are unintuitive for
those seeking to change them.
If there is already an easier way to stop flashing, it should be more obvious
to new users.
