    Fix walking animation for games that use the walktall scripts.
    When a hero sprite is used to replace a walkabout sprite, translate the 
frame ID numbers to work as a 2-frame walkabout.
    
    There is also a backcompat bit to turn this off, in case you want to script 
hero battle sprites as walkabouts without
    interfering with their modern animations.
