I forgot we didn't have that already; we only have Ally Not Self. Easy
addition. May as well have both including and excluding dead.
... actually, at that point I think we would have nearly all combinations of
Ally/Foe/Not Self/Dead/Not Dead, and aside from special classes (e.g.
Thankvenge) we would be better off splitting it up into several settings.
(Also, I'm reminded I forgot to reply to the last thing you posted on the wiki,
sorry)
