scriptbrowse: fix missing 'existing invalid value' option for missing
autonumbered scripts
I think this has been broken many years (maybe since r8137 in 2016?): if you
renamed/removed a plotscript, the script browser was meant to add an option
to
the top to keep the existing invalid value. It did for missing manually
numbered
scripts. But script_names contains missing scripts too exactly so you can
see
what broken triggers were.
