That's not what redistributable means - it refers to distributing it on

No release of Solaris has been redistributable - only OpenSolaris is.
Solaris has always included technologies from other companies which are
licensed by Sun/Oracle with terms that prevent redistribution.
Enterprise customers don't care about redistrability, but they care
about it having all the bits they use.
