This is the template that is used for the sample-manifest target.  It used
to read Oracle, but I think that having something that suggests that people
put their name & email there is better.  Alternatively, we could default to
"OpenIndiana Project" but I don't know if there might be issues with that -
is OI a legal entity?  If not, can it still hold copyrights?
