illumian (formerly iCore) is a child of oi-build and other OI binary packages, since oi-build doesn't cover the entire distribution yet. It uses the same package metadata *and* data as OpenIndiana. OI and illumos intend to migrate all of the common infrastructure from oi-build to illumos-userland.
