I suppose that to build apr from oi-userland we just have to be sure
that doxygen is installed on build machine and to "make clean" in build
directory...
However, I don't know where does 1.4 apr come from and this is a problem
- it seems apr have to be updated to 1.4.7 or 1.4.8 for everyone to
perform update correctly.
