Apache still comes from sfw, so I can't just recompile it. It's my
short-term goal to bring apache 2.2 to oi-userland. Now I'm working on
apr and apr-util (after trying to build apr-util I've found out that
permissions on several files in apr package are wrong). So I'm in
process of fixing these packages.
I don't think I'll get apache22 package soon. The start of the next week
is the optimistic term. So I've added workaround to make old apache running.
