There have also been a couple of pages from "Gam Gau Truc" for Game Avatar and
the pages are in Vietnamese it looks, or another Southeast Asian language. I
am not sure of the purpose of these pages either. I am also unsure of the
policy, but I assumed it was English-only to appeal to the widest audience.

Yes, indeed. This history can be seen in the Dashboard.
So far I see only a couple of changes, both to the Home
page, done by "faseeh ali" and "rizwan ali".
PS: Note that "ajit bakre" is a valid user, despite the
lower-cased name ;)
