No. It simply removes the infrastructure to *build* the closed code that Sun/Oracle *never* released. It does *not* remove the infrastructure used to incorporate the closed *binaries* into the packages everyone has grown to love/hate. In other words, it is *not* a user visible change. It does *not* change the build output. It simply removes Makefile magic used to build something we never had access to.
