This change updates php 5.4 modules to 5.4.18, switches dependencies for PHP mysql modules from mysql 5.1 to mariadb 5.5 and removes libraries versions numbers from package names. I think, there's no sense to rename package when underlying pgsql/mysql library version changes (for example from 5.1 to 5.5, from 8.4 to 9.2 and so on). Package version numbers will change, and this is enough.
