/usr/lib/libpq.so.5 was converted to mediated link on "postgres"
mediator.
In theory, PostgreSQL 9.3 library is backward binary compatible with
PostgreSQL 8.4 library.

However, if you see some issues in libpq consumers after installing
database/postgres-93/library
1) don't hesitate to report
2) check if setting postgres mediator to 8.4 helps.
