The segfault and core dump appears to be intermittent. We had a power failure today, and the Intel system rebooted the new BE. This time, the VESA driver did not report an error, and lightdm did not segfault, but kept on going. > The updated DRM software do not use anymore the old intel driver > (i915). Yes, according to the X11 server log, my system is using only the VESA driver on the built-in Intel graphics. The resolution is better, though. It's 1600x900. -- -Gary Mills- -refurb- -Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada- _______________________________________________ oi-dev mailing list oi-dev@openindiana.org https://openindiana.org/mailman/listinfo/oi-dev
