Done. The OpenImageIO/oiio-images project is the place where we can put all
the example images that are too big for the testsuite to reasonably contain
"inline." We can make the testsuite know to look in ../oiio-images/blah (if it
finds that directory) for the missing test images.
I've given Leszek, Jeremy, Chris x 2, and Cliff write permissions.
