I'm happy to give any volunteer write access to the "how to get running on
Windows" page. I simply do not know it myself, not having a Windows machine at all.
Similarly, my silence on this thread is not lack of interest, I just don't have
anything intelligent to say. Tell me what to do, or submit a patch that you
think will help, or make any other suggestion. (I mean that for everybody, not
just you.)
We're also happy to host a download of all the stuff you need to compile OIIO
(that isn't easily available in binary form elsewhere).
