Hi, Yes I mean the upcoming 0.11 version. I am interested in the filesystem changes (for boost). They should make compile of oiio against boost 1.47 possible on win64.

Datum: Di., Okt. 25, 2011 08:29 What precisely do you mean by "new version?" Do you mean, when is the next major stable release going to be given its own branch? (That would be 0.11.) We can do it practically any time we want. Is there something in the trunk that you are particularly waiting for that is not in the 0.10 branch? -- lg On Oct 22, 2011, at 2:58 PM, Thomas Dinges wrote: > Hi everyone, > do you already have a (rough) date on when a new OIIO version will be > released? > I saw the recent changes to the Boost filesystem in the OIIO github > repository, very nice. > > We use OIIO for our new Blender render engine, Cycles. > I had to use Boost 1.45 for creating our win64 OIIO libs, due to changes in > recent versions of the Boost file system. > > Keep up the good work and thanks in advance for any information. > > Best regards, > Thomas > > -- > Thomas Dinges > Blender Developer, Artist and Musician > > www.dingto.org > > _______________________________________________ > Oiio-dev mailing list > [email protected] > http://lists.openimageio.org/listinfo.cgi/oiio-dev-openimageio.org -- Larry Gritz [email protected] _______________________________________________ Oiio-dev mailing list [email protected] http://lists.openimageio.org/listinfo.cgi/oiio-dev-openimageio.org
