That fixed it for me. Since the Fedora build system builds each
package in a clean chroot environment, simply removing OIIO from the
build requirements fixes the problem.

Now I just need to pay attention to when the OCIO dependency needs to
be added to OIIO (i.e., the first tag release the new code makes it
into).
