Hi,

the instruction about building OIIO on Windows are little outdated as
we moved to git. It shouldn't be a problem that You have no trunk
folder and build folder can be created by You or by cmake (cmake-gui)
- but if it cause any problems, just clone our git repo to the trunk
folder.
