The instructions on the web site say I need to install:

Boost, GLEW, IlmBase and OpenEXR, IJG's libjpeg, libpng, libtiff, zlib, and Qt

I am on Ubuntu, should I just install the -dev for each? If someone is
on Ubuntu can you please tell me the exact names of the packages I
need to install?
