Hi, I'm dealing with some 3d file formats that store the texture data inside 
their own file format. I was wondering if there was an easy way to get OIIO to 
load these images from in memory data rather than needing to open separate 
files. Ideally I'd be able to pass bytes, length and format/extension guess to 
ImageInput::create and open.
It doesn't seem possible, but I could have missed something. Any suggestions 
welcome.
