Got another compatibility candidate... is anyone successfully using libtiff
4.0+? I recently swapped out 3.8.2 for 4.0.2 and openimageio could no longer
open my mipmapped .tx files. This just isn't turning out to be my week.
Next on the list is libpng15... we're still using libpng12. At least in this
case I am aware of a change in the png.h header that no longer includes zlib
(and I believe someone patched this already).
