Yes, that's my best recommendation at the moment, unless you really need to 
stay on the bleeding edge of daily checkins.

There's a Cmake variable called USE_EXTERNAL_TBB.  It defaults to off, but if 
you turn it on, it will look for a system TBB rather than the bits that come 
with the OIIO source.  Also, you can set USE_TBB=0 to skip TBB entirely, which 
works just fine (defaulting to our own code for atomics and spin locks), though 
on some OS's the performance of our code is not quite as good as TBB when very 
heavily threaded (though I'm working on that).
