I don't remember if the question has been asked yet, but what will be
the recommended OpenEXR version for the 1.2 ?
Does it officially supports OpenEXR 2.0 ?

release notes (in the CHANGES file).
I'm planning to branch 1.2, perhaps as early as this week.
