I have tagged Release-1.6.13. This is the new recommended production release. It is now the head of the RB-1.6 branch and also marked with the "release" branch tag.
This round of fixes were all related to build issues on various platforms or against particular versions of dependent libraries. There are no behavior changes or bug fixes to OIIO per se, so you don't especially need to rush out and upgrade if you have not encountered any build issues. Meanwhile, there really is new stuff happening all the time in the master branch, so feel free to check that out if you want the very latest development and are willing to tolerate occasional breaks in compatibility.
