Hey all!
I've been spending some time fixing up the tests so they can be running on
windows, but I've run into a problem with texture-icwrite.
Basically, for some reason, the test is writing out completely different images
from those found in the /ref folder. The images generated from the test can be
found here:

Are there any insights out there for why this particular test generates
different images on the windows platform?
If its ok to be different, then I'll add the series of images to the ref folder
as out1-win.tif, etc.
