I set the libraries and all OpenEXR related variables manually.
D:/Projects/dev/openexr/out/build/x86-Release/OpenEXR contains object files and
.vcxproj etc. so I think I should have just pointed to
D:/Projects/dev/openexr/OpenEXR initially, but even If I do so, it doesn't
alters the error message anyway.

Only ILMBASE_INCLUDE_PATH changes the error message from:
"Could NOT find OpenEXR: Found unsuitable version "1.6.1", but required is at
least "2.0" (found ILMBASE_INCLUDE_PATH-NOTFOUND)" to:
"Could NOT find OpenEXR: Found unsuitable version "1.6.1", but required is at
least "2.0" (found D:\Projects\dev\openexr\IlmBase)", but the error persists.

I tried placing root OpenEXR folder in locations common with OIIO to make CMake
handle the paths automatically, but it doesn't see it.
