I think you want either of the following:
--attrib:type="int[2]" "smpte:TimeCode" 27173352,0
OR
--attrib:type=timecode smpte:TimeCode "11:34:04:00"
(These are examples. I am not claiming that 27173352,0 is the correct integer
encoding of the timecode 11:34:04:00.)
