To be honest I don't know, it's the first time I used vcpkg. I'm just super
happy to be able to build OIIO (with tools and python bindings). Now I can
upgrade fron OIIO 1.6 (which was the latest version that has been available
<https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#openimageio> for Windows users
that don't really know how to build from source).
