We have tagged v2.4.4.2 as the latest production release and moved the "release" branch marker to that point. This is guaranteed to be API, ABI, and link back-compatible with prior 2.4 releases. Release notes are below.
These were some fixes specific to DDS format that we wanted to include for 2.4 but that weren't quite ready for the Oct 1 deadline, so we are posting them as a follow-on patch.
