I've submitted the first PR that starts to add drafts of the ASWF policy
documents to the repo: https://github.com/OpenImageIO/oiio/pull/3850
<https://github.com/OpenImageIO/oiio/pull/3850>

If you have comments, concerns, or suggestions (including stepping forward with
a TSC commitment), please propose them as review comments to this PR prior to
merge, or after it merges (but before it is finalized and ratified by the TSC)
by filing an issue or additional PR to add amendments to these files.
