what about the release date ?
Today I will check in my changes made for OJB 1.0.2 (two-level cache support and fix for concurrency problems in locking) - most tests pass (2 failures in odmg tests, 2 OTM). Will try to fix these failures till release (or add notes to the release-notes file).
Seems most databases work very well (failures in oracle seem to be same as in older versions of OJB).
Release at Jan 30th?

No date planned, but I hope we can release this year. And yes, the source in the branch is stable, possibly more so than the 1.0.1 release simply because it contains some bug fixes.
