Dear Apache OJB author

I am a developer at IBM. We are very interested in using the open source package, OJB, distributed by Apache. You are named in the source code as an author of part of the code. Can you please tell us:
Have you signed the Apache contributor's agreement?

Yes, I have.
(All OJB Committers have signed that agreement)

If not then, can you please confirm that: the code that you contributed to OJB was your own creation and the code does not belong to your employer (if you were employed at the time you created the code) you grant a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to use, modify, distribute, and prepare derivative works of your contribution

All contributors of code agreed to publish their code under the Apache License, That License is also contained in each source file. So I don't quite understand the purpose of inquiring each contributor.

best regards,
Thomas Mahler
