POM update required

Just grabbed the 1.0-rc5 source drop but thee are a few issuies before a 
successful compile.

Need to update the project.xml file  to use 

commons-lang 2.0 _not_ 1.0.1 as BooleanUtils does not exist in 1.0.1

Auto download through maven of xalan-2.4.0 does not occur.

Having issues with scarab at the moment so can't report is as a bug.
