from the PersistenceBrokerImpl.java store(... ) method

 // ProxyObjects only have to be updated if their real subjects have been
loaded
            obj = ProxyHelper.getRealObjectIfMaterialized(obj);

enjoy!

Subject: Editing properties through dynamic proxies

Hi all,

I'm wondering whether or not editing persistent properties through a dynamic
proxy will change the object's data in the persistence-layer and the
database. My main concern is that to store the data, pb.store(Object) is
called; however, you can't call store using a proxy because it's class is
$Proxy and the pb wont recognize it.

Thanks,
Ilya Scharrenbroich
