You should be able to get most of what you need from http://db.apache.org/ojb/platforms.html. It's not specific to MySQL but the changes needed for MySQL are pretty straight forward. Keep in mind I had trouble with a couple of the tests. You should probably first see if you can get the tests to work with Hypersonic, since you can run them straight out of the box.
