Hi Julia,

this flag was introduced to make OJB working
within JBoss in ejb based environment
(e.g. session beans) - notice, only when using
OJB within ejb's. Thus the section is called 'Deployment in
EJB based applications'.
It's a workaround till we will find a better solution.
Sorry for the hassle I will add additional information
in this section.
