This is by intention as the output of the module is modelled after the unit tests, not the documentation (see for instance the descriptors for Article, AbstractCdArticle and CdArticle in repository_junit.xml) as the documentation is a bit unclear as to whether it is necessary to include all subtypes (not only direct ones). Does the generated repository descriptor work ? If yes then perhaps the OJB documentation should be made a bit clearer. If no then I will change the module.
