deep prefetch 1-N-N queries. [John Marshall]

Hi I have seen a posting and (info on a patch ) from "John Marshall" on 
support for deep prefetch thru a single query. Referring to 
"QueryByCriteriaMultiJoin". Is it possible to get the code for this patch 
?. We have the need of deep prefetch.
Is there a way Criteria can be set during deep prefetches ?. Iam behind 
firewall and donot know how to access the CVS thru a internet proxy ?. If 
any of you have modified programs for this patch. Please email.
