Support for start and end index for reportquery

Hi   Currently the setEndAtIndexand(),  setStartAtIndex() method does not work for ReportQuery.   Can only tell me if this feature is supposed to be in. If not, could anyone give me some pointers so that I could implement it in?   Thanks tk
