The application I'm working on runs just fine on Tomcat. However, when deploying to Oracle, I receive the following error: Failed to deploy web application "aep". Nested exception Root Cause: Class not found: org.apache.ojb.broker.metadata.MetadataException; nested exception is: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.ojb.broker.metadata.MetadataException. Class not found: org.apache.ojb.broker.metadata.MetadataException; nested exception is: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.ojb.broker.metadata.MetadataException I checked, and the class, MetadataException is in the db-ojb-1.0.rc4.jar I'm hoping someone on the list has seen this problem before and knows what causes it.
