Alive and kicking =) From my somewhat biased perspective OJB is only picking up more steam recently.

We are about to make the 1.0 CVS branch, the OTM is hot stuff, JDO is in active development on top of the OTM, the developer community is growing, list traffic is high, additional tool support is appearing weekly it seems (go Druid, now that I got it working (thank you Antonio!)).
