1. Giving you the link is a problem if the target URLs are changing without
our knowledge.
2. The OJB team does not maintain the archives. So we have no way to
guarantee availability of such a service.

Yep, I won't have a problem to do the same thing in my company. But Apache
is a network of volunteers. If I talk to the guy responsible for the archive
he tells me "sorry I'm busy with more important things". There is no manager
that I could approach to discuss priorities...
