What's wrong exactly ? What do you mean by "locally" ? Local appserver or direct launch (with a static main ...) ? Do you put your config files in a repositoy accessible via your AppServer classpath ? Why you don't use a datasource (managed by your appserver) instead a direct connection if you work with an AppServer ?
