I have looked at some of the sample applications, but I'm not sure that sample applications will provide the information that I'm looking for. The problem with sample applications is that you can't be sure whether or not how OJB is used in the sample applications is necessarily of how it lives in the wild. When I am faced with a decision of how to go about something, it is sometime reassuring to find instances in applications in the wild where the same compromises were made or approaches were taken. There is a proverb that says something along the lines of, "when all you have in your toolbox is a hammer, the whole world starts to look like a nail." I just want to have as many tools (i.e.: knowledge of approaches to using OJB) as possible.
