Hi,
>From the javadoc for interface org.apache.ojb.broker.core.PersistenceBroker
:
/**
* Begin a transaction against the underlying RDBMS.
* Calling
beginTransaction
multiple times,
* without an intervening call to
commitTransaction
or

abortTransaction
,
* causes the exception
TransactionInProgressException
to
be thrown
* on the second and subsequent calls.
*/
public void beginTransaction() throws TransactionInProgressException,
TransactionAbortedException;
In other words, you are performing a beginTransaction on PersistenceBroker
that is already in a transaction - i.e. a commitTransaction or a
rollbackTransaction has not been issued.
The PersistenceBroker API tutorial (at
http://db.apache.org/ojb/pb-tutorial.html) shows how to use transactions in
a few places.
Cheers,
Charles.
