I'm really sorry to post off-topic, but this is highly important: Today, the EU-Council legalized software patents!!!
If they get their version of the directive through (depends on the newly elected European Parliament), Apache.org and other OpenSource projects are history as well as most SMEs (small and medium sized enterprises).
