JDBC is installed with the Postgresql version you use. It's not something OJB has. You usually look somewhere under /usr/local/psql/shared/java (or somewhere close)

OJB is independent of the version. It uses JDBC to connect to the
database. For that reason, I think you can choice any of them. Of course
the lastest is the best. Also make sure to download the lastest JDBC
driver from http://jdbc.postgresql.org/
