they wrap the jars in an original license agreement, then the user/developer can accept or decline the agreements.


We might do that (though there might be an Apache policy regarding non-Apache compatible licenses that would prevent us from doing so), but these libraries are only required for building OJB from source so its probably easier to modify the build file to allow building OJB form source without the components that require these libraries. And if somebody wants to use these components, then she should/has to get this other stuff (J2EE and/or JDO RI) anyway.
