It sounded from your posts as if you were trying to solve a realistic problem. Seeing as one of the ideas of a stress test is to see at what limit the system fails - I guess you've reached it, but again, it's such an unrealistic scenario. Passing 352k objects to any view, regardless of whether a persistence layer like OJB is even involved just sounds like an odd test.
